April 5, 2018 - The Rotary Support Center has earned  as a Center of Excellence for the 2nd year in a row, a noted designation in the customer service and support industry.

The certification puts Rotary's Support Center in the top 10 percent of industry peers that requested evaluation by BenchmarkPortal for the second year in a row.

The Rotary Support Center received nearly 50,000 phone calls and 84,000 email requests for help last year.

"This certification is further proof that the Rotary Support Center is dedicated to providing world-class service to Rotarians."

To earn a certification of excellence, the Rotary Support Center was evaluated on efficiency and effectiveness, plus its ability to provide superior service with lower overall costs compared with other centers in the service industry.
